ROOM RENTALS

It was always intended that St. Peter's recent major building renovation and expansion programme not only provide excellent venues for church-related activities but also for several other types of community activities in cases where their use does not conflict with parish programmes. Applications are being received for renting these facilities for a wide variety of community events. Below are some of the facilities available. The Great Hall

GREAT HALL

Large room for receptions, dinners, and meetings/conferences. Tables and chairs are part of contract and will be arranged to client's specifications. (diagram to be received when contract is signed)

Accommodates

Will accommodate 100—150 seated for dinner.

Availability

9:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. +




The Hutton Lounge

HUTTON LOUNGE

A bright spacious room suitable for meetings and receptions.

Accommodates

35 seated, 50—75 standing

The Sheppard Hall Auditorium

SHEPPARD HALL AUDITORIUM

(Second floor. Elevator available.) Large room with traditional beamed ceiling.· Washrooms on the same floor. Stage and piano available. Suitable for receptions, performances and conferences. Tables and chairs are part of contract and will be arranged to client's specifications.(diagram to be received when contract is signed)

Will accommodate 110 theatre seating or 80 seated for weddings.

The Boardroom

Helliwell Room

Helliwell Room

SMALLER MEETING ROOMS

Boardroom and Helliwell Rooms 1, 2 and 3. Washrooms available on the same floor. Accessible by stairs and elevator. The required number of chairs will be set up in the Boardroom. The Helliwell Rooms will be set up as requested by the client.(diagram to be received when contract is signed)

Accommodates

Each of these second floor rooms will accommodate 20 – 30 adults.

AVAILABILITY

8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.




kitchen

KITCHEN FACILITIES

Includes use of kitchen, china, wine glasses and cutlery. (Client must provide own linens.) All dishes and cutlery etc. must be washed and returned to storage by client/ caterer.

The following apply to all of the above: Caterer must be on approved list. No candles may be used. See rental contract for specific times re closing and last call for liquor.
