PARISHIONER'S PROFILE
“Over the last several months, the volunteer management committee has been working on updating the parish profile list. This list has not been updated since before 2000.
Please take a few minutes to help us to update this comprehensive profile of the members of our church family.
We ask that each person age 16 and over complete a separate form. To do so, print the form, complete it and deliver it to the church office.
The information collected will serve to update the parish and volunteer lists at the same time. It will also enable the parish to provide you with more information regarding where you would wish to serve. All information will be kept confidential within the parish.
