The Health & Wellness Committee presents the Every Day in May Program!
Running May 1-31, this initiative invites individuals to embark on diverse activities of their choosing, accumulating points for a chance to become the Grand Winner. Participants will engage in activities aligned with the program’s three pillars: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Each category offers a variety of daily actions, such as volunteer efforts, physical exercise, and spiritual practices; each assigned point values. Workshops will further enrich participants’ experiences. Participants will track their progress by submitting weekly scores (honour system!) to the Parish Nurse. Leaderboards will showcase top scorers, fostering a sense of healthy competition and camaraderie. Special considerations are made for individuals requiring assistance, to ensure inclusivity and accessibility. Bonus points are available for extra engagement and dedication to wellness activities. This Program culminates in a celebratory barbeque, to recognize participants’ achievements and announce the top three winners. This initiative encourages personal growth, community engagement, and overall well-being, embodying the spirit of St. Peter’s Parish. Over the next month, we will describe some activities to get you thinking about your change plan for May. Enrollment Begins on April 21
