Advance Care Planning Workshop Jan29

Community Care Northumberland is offering a free Advance Care Planning workshop on January 29, 2026, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at St. Peter’s.

The one-hour session helps participants understand their healthcare rights, plan for future care, and communicate their wishes. Attendees will learn how to choose a Substitute Decision Maker, understand consent to care in Ontario, appoint a Power of Attorney for Personal Care, and clarify the values and preferences that should guide their healthcare decisions.
