On Sunday April 19, 2026, following the 10:30 AM service, we gathered outside the King Street entrance to celebrate the ceremonial burning of our loan papers, marking the full repayment of our Diocesan Loan. This was a meaningful moment in the life of the parish, marking both an ending and a new beginning as we continue our walk into the next new and exciting chapters for St. Peter’s, Cobourg.

To our St. Peter’s Family, thank you for your efforts and support, as we celebrate the elimination of our Diocesan Loan, and lift up our eyes to the future opportunities and callings in faith, for us as a church community.
