A Second “Conversation in Depth”

Presented by the Durham-Northumberland Deanery Adult Christian Education Team

Another “Conversation in Depth”
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM

Attendance can be in-person at St. Peter’s, or via Zoom Teleconferencing
After the spring session presented by the Durham-Northumberland Deanery Adult Christian Education Team called “Conversation in Depth”, there was unanimous interest from the many who attended asking for a repeat of this kind of program. The concept of these “Conversations in Depth” is to have a Christian lay person who has an interesting job come and speak with us (through an interview) about their work and the intertwining of their work and their faith in God. A good chunk of time allows the group gathered to interact with the speaker in thoughtful discussion. Questions and comments are taken from both those in the room and those on Zoom.
Our guest at the Second “Conversation in Depth” event is:

Dr. Andrew Stratford

Dr. Stratford is a much-admired surgeon, a man of deep faith.
Reserve a place in the room so you can participate in hearing how he blends the hard work and hard choices of a surgeon with the faith that guides him. And, in turn, be involved in a conversation that may well have an impact on your own faith journey.
Date: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m.
To participate in this facilitated discussion, please register by October 09, 2026 through the St. Peter’s office:
Please indicate whether you will be there in person or wish to take part by Zoom videoconferencing.
